Terms and Conditions

• "Cloud Servers Referral Programme" is valid until 31 Dec 2023.
• "Cloud Servers Referral Programme" is eligible for all cloud server plans except below listed plans:
  - All billing cycles: S008-HK, S008-SG, S008-TYO, R001-HK, R008-SG and R008-TYO
  - 1-month plan: R108-HK, R108-SG, R108-TYO, R108-LA, R208-LA, DC108-HK, DC108-SG
• Referees refer to the LayerStack new customers who do not have any purchase record in LayerStack on or before 09 Mar 2021.
• Duplicate accounts will not be counted as new referees. Referees must link a valid credit card or Alipay method to be eligible for the 10% off cash coupon code.
• Referred users must be active for at least 30 days and use at least US$10 in payments to be counted as verified sales.
• Referrers must contact our CS team to get the unique referral link and promotion code to start the programme. If referees do not use the referrer's unique referral link & 10% off coupon code during checkout, they will not be counted as verified sales.
• Payouts are finalized and issued within the 1st business week of each month.
• LayerStack will only issue the payout to referrers through PayPal with USD while other payment methods or currency will not be used.
• This promotion does not extend to server upgrades or service renewal.
• Each new referee can use the 10% off coupon code once only. The 10% off coupon code can be used for all cloud server plans below listed plans:
  - All billing cycles: S008-HK, R001-HK, R008-SG and R008-TYO
  - 1-month plan: R108-HK, R108-SG, R108-TYO, R108-LA, R208-LA, DC108-HK, DC108-SG
• Offer is subject to availability and is given out on a first come first serve basis.
• The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
• LayerStack reserves the right to amend and explain the promotion without any prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of LayerStack Limited shall be final.
