What & When the supporting document is required?
Final bill/ invoice from the previous provider(s) which listed the Remaining Prepaid Fee (RPF)is required. Please submit the bill/ invoice to LayerStack within 14 days since the service start.
- For bills with pay-as-you-go or hourly payment, please check with us before service subscription.
When can I expect to receive my reward?
After submitting the information to our Customer Service Team, it will go through a verification process. Once your application is approved, the reward will provide. The whole process may take 7 working days.
Is it possible to be eligible for the Transfer Program more than once?
No, each customer is eligible to receive the reward once only.

The “Transfer Program” is only valid to new customers who do not have any purchase history in LayerStack.
Each customer can enjoy up to 6 months free for yearly plans.
Customer must provide LayerStack with a copy of their final bill from their previous provider with the Remaining Prepaid Fee clearly displayed on that bill/ invoice. Bills without the Remaining Prepaid fee will not be accepted.
Documentation of the Remaining Prepaid Fee on the final bill must be submitted to LayerStack within 14 days from the date of service commencement.
Each customer can enjoy the offer once only.
The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
LayerStack reserves the right to amend and explain the promotion without any prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of LayerStack Limited shall be final.
