LayerPanel v2.0 open BETA will end at 2:00 PM (HKT), Jul 12th, 2019.
Thank you very much to everyone who’ve helped test the open BETA for LayerPanel v2.0. Over the last twelve weeks, we have reviewed over 200 bug reports from testers. These led to our verification of dozens of new and unique bugs. Your efforts have directly contributed to making LayerPanel v2.0 a better experience for everyone when it turns to an official version. Following with the end of open BETA, the testing accounts will transit seamlessly to the official version of LayerPanel v2.0.
We appreciate all the continued feedback we are receiving on the LayerPanel v2.0 open BETA. For users concerned about the potential for cloud server termination or data loss, we currently do not have any plans to terminate them or remove the data as part of the official version’s rollout. We are currently still working on the panel features that we hope to release shortly. Please stay tuned for more news to come.
LayerStack Development Team
LayerStack has successfully passed another milestone in development. We today announced the launch of the LayerPanel v2.0 open BETA, which is a typically a more refined version. After a successful Private BETA program with over 100 users, the cloud experience offers more stable and efficient for users to manage different layers of their cloud services.
This open BETA will start on Jun 27, 2019 and welcome to everyone! Get your 30% off cloud servers by entering “OPENBETA30” at checkout. Discover them here.
LayerPanel v2.0 has been specifically developed to meet the demands of the enterprise users by expanding its control panel features with APIs. The goal is to provide customers with maximum control over their cloud management.
With LayerPanel v2.0 BETA, users will have the opportunity to benefit from:
- LayerStack API
The API is a programmatic interface that allows users to interact with LayerStack cloud services. Users can manage their cloud servers by easily connecting and consuming cloud resources.
- User Permission Management
Permissions are user-level access rights to various features in the LayerPanel v2.0. The owner can assign roles for completing specific platform management tasks and accessing specific account resources.
Since this is a BETA, not everything is perfect yet, features are also subject to change. BETA may not be available in all regions or zones. Please read this BETA Agreement carefully before using this BETA service.
Our development team has been working diligently to create the new LayerPanel. Help us identify the panel’s rough spots and share your insights and inspirations on what needs to be done. We look forward to hearing all your feedback on the new panel.
Let’s make LayerStack better together!
