New LayerStack customers who change the service provider to LayerStack and subscribe 12-mth LayerStack plan. #### What & When the supporting document is required? Final bill/ invoice from the previous provider(s) which listed the Remaining Prepaid Fee (RPF)is required. Please submit the bill/ invoice to LayerStack within 14 days since the service start. \- For bills with pay-as-you-go or hourly payment, please check with us before service subscription. #### When can I expect to receive my reward? After submitting the information to our Customer Service Team, it will go through a verification process. Once your application is approved, the reward will provide. The whole process may take 7 working days. #### Is it possible to be eligible for the Transfer Program more than once? No, each customer is eligible to receive the reward once only.
